The bike showed up really well packed, and putting it together was straightforward. It took me about an hour, mostly because I was being careful checking the bolts and getting everything lined up right. that first ride brought back that same excited feeling I had as a kid getting a new bike. So far, everything feels solid and I haven’t had any issues.

I’ve had my Rad for a few weeks, and the display has been easy to live with. I mostly pay attention to the big stuff while I’m riding, like speed, battery, and assist level, and all of that is clear enough that I’m not staring at the screen too long.

The backlight is easy to see, and the numbers are big, which I appreciate because I’m usually more focused on the road than digging through details. The app and software side has been painless too, updates happened without me having to babysit anything, and the settings I actually use are simple to find.

It’s not some flashy setup packed with a bunch of things I’ll never touch, and that’s fine with me. I like that I can glance down, get the info I need, and keep riding without making it a whole thing.

I was really looking forward to getting the bike, but the shipping took way too long and, yeah, it was frustrating. The bike did show up eventually, but waiting around like that was annoying.

I ordered two accessories and a charger, but when the box arrived, it had the wrong rack and no charger at all. The packing slip said everything was included, so I started second-guessing myself and digging through the box again like maybe I somehow missed it, which was frustrating.

Support did get back to me after a couple days and said they’re sending the missing items, so hopefully that sorts it out. The bike itself is fine, but the order mix-up delayed my setup and made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be

It rides well and gets the job done, which is nice. I just don’t totally see where the price is coming from—it's a good bike, just not quite as impressive as it seems to think it is.

I like the bike itself and my Rad has been riding just fine, but I do kind of regret not looking more into the app and electronics before buying. The app drops connection often, and the display has frozen on me twice now. Support was helpful when I reached out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the electronics feel a little hit or miss. If I could do it over, I’d probably pay closer attention to that side of things.

I really like the idea of Rad bikes, and I was excited after placing my order. But then it got kind of quiet. Like, I wasn’t sure what stage anything was in, or if I missed an email, or... I don’t know, I just kept checking on my own to see what was happening.
Customer service did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t like they ignored me completely. It just felt slow, and the answers were sort of vague. I’m fine waiting if I know what’s going on, but without updates it gets annoying fast. Not a terrible experience overall, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

The bike has been good so far, and having local service available really makes things easier. If something needs a quick check or adjustment, it’s just simpler to deal with someone nearby instead of overcomplicating it.

I had a small issue after buying my Rad bike, though I can’t remember if it popped up the first week or a little later. Either way, I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly. There was a bit of back and forth, and I’m a little fuzzy on whether the part shipped the same day or the next one, but they explained what I needed to do and sent the right part. In the end, it was handled fine and I’m happy with the help after the sale...

I’ve been riding this bike around town with my kid seat on the back, and so far it feels really steady. I was a little unsure at first, especially with the extra weight, but it hasn’t felt wobbly while riding. The brakes took me a bit to get used to, though maybe that’s just me, but they do stop well once you get the feel for them. The lights are also bright enough for evening rides, which is nice.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the kickstand felt kind of shaky at first. It might not be a big deal, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but it stood out to me. Overall, I do feel safe riding it, and I’m happy with it so far

I really do like the bike when everything is working, but umm, dealing with repairs has been more annoying than I thought it would be. Some of the parts seem specific to Rad, and my local bike shop wasn’t too interested in working on it. Support was okay, just kind of slow. Basic maintenance hasn’t been a big deal, but when something actually needs fixing, it takes way more time and effort than I expected.

The bike itself seems okay, I guess, but the box was ripped up when it got here and there were scratches on the frame. Kind of disappointing because I was excited to open it and then... yeah, not the best first impression.

I was trying to get a couple replacement parts for my Rad bike and some of them were available but others weren’t, so I ended up having to wait and keep checking back which was kind of annoying. The ordering part itself was straightforward, I just wish it was easier to tell what was actually in stock and when the missing stuff might come back. So... I wasn’t expecting it to be super powerful, but the motor definitely feels weaker than I thought it would. It struggles quite a bit on hills, and overall it just doesn’t have the power I was hoping for.

I went with this because I didn’t want to overthink it or spend a bunch more, and it works well. The pull feels nice once it kicks in, though there is a little bit of lag at first. Not a dealbreaker for me, especially for the price.

I found what I needed without any trouble and checkout was quick. Everything went smoothly.

I live on a decent hill, so the first thing I wanted to know was whether this could actually make it up without struggling. I took it out for a spin and headed straight for the climb, it went up just fine. No drama, no feeling like it was barely hanging on—it just handled the hill easily.

I kind of had a feeling this wasn't going to be the comfiest ride, that’s mostly been my experience. The seat is fine for shorter trips, but once you hit a few bumps and ride for a while, it starts to feel rough. That said, it still gets around town just fine, so I can’t complain too much

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to send it back. Support was really easy to deal with, the return label came through fast, and my refund showed up a few days later. it was way less of a hassle than I expected 👍

I really do like riding this bike, it’s fun and feels good overall, but the brakes have been disappointing. Especially on downhill rides, they just don’t feel as strong as they should. I’ve already had them adjusted twice, and somehow they still squeak and don’t stop very smoothly. Maybe I expected too much, but for the price, I figured the braking would be better. It’s a shame because otherwise the bike is enjoyable.
